At The Skinspire Clinics, we are committed to providing the highest quality dermatology and aesthetic care. Our team takes great care to ensure that every consultation, treatment, and service meets professional standards and patient expectations. As a medical and aesthetic clinic, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy on all services and payments.

1. Services Are Non-Refundable

Once a service has been booked and/or rendered—whether a consultation, procedure, or package—no refunds will be issued. This includes:

  • Consultation fees

  • Skin or aesthetic treatment sessions

  • Procedure packages or prepaid treatments

  • Missed or canceled appointments without proper notice

2. Packages & Prepaid Treatments

If you purchase a treatment package or multiple sessions in advance, please be advised that:

  • Payments for packages are non-refundable.

  • Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • In exceptional medical circumstances, we may allow service credit transfer (at clinic’s discretion), but never a refund.

3. Non-Transferable Services

Services and packages purchased at The Skinspire Clinics are non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, shared, or reassigned to another individual.

4. Changes or Cancellations

We understand plans can change. We request that all rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in the session being considered redeemed.

5. Product Sales

All skincare products, cosmetics, or medical-grade items sold are final sale. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once purchased.

6. Satisfaction & Results

While we strive for the best possible outcomes, results may vary from person to person due to factors like skin type, medical history, and lifestyle. Payment is for the procedure and professional time—not guaranteed results.
